We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, tag-intact items in original packaging. For shirts, please fold flat (do not hang) to avoid creasing; for jackets, use the original garment bag and include tissue to maintain shape.
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail; for bulkier orders, we use USPS Ground for added protection. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS International, with final delivery handled by Canada Post. A tracking number is sent via email upon shipment. For Canadian orders, tracking updates may be limited until the package clears customs (check Canada Post’s website for details).
- Shirts: Machine wash cold with mild detergent; hang dry (or tumble dry low for non-iron styles). Iron on medium heat if needed—avoid ironing directly on buttons.
- Jackets: Spot clean with mild soap for minor stains; dry clean wool or insulated styles. Store jackets on wide-shouldered hangers to maintain shape; avoid folding for long periods (to prevent creases).
- Shirts: Slim-fit styles hug the torso with minimal excess fabric; regular-fit styles offer 1–2 inches of room for comfort. For collar fit, ensure you can fit 1–2 fingers between the collar and your neck.
- Jackets: Tailored jackets have a close fit through the shoulders (seams align with your shoulder bones); relaxed jackets offer extra room in the chest and arms for layering (e.g., over thick shirts).
