- Orders delivered to Canadian addresses are priced and charged solely in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selector located at the top of our website serves as a price preview tool, allowing you to view costs in your preferred currency. However, please note that the final payment processed on your card will always reflect the currency corresponding to your shipping country (as outlined above)—regardless of the display currency chosen.
If your payment card is issued in a different country or uses an alternative currency, your card issuer may apply an exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fee. These charges are determined entirely by your bank or card provider and are not imposed by our store.
When you place an order, your bank or credit card issuer may place a temporary authorization hold on your account for the full order amount. This hold is released once your order is confirmed and shipped, at which point the final charge is processed.
If a payment is declined or flagged for security review, our team will contact you to verify information. If verification cannot be completed within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you via email.
All approved refunds are credited exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout. No alternative refund methods (e.g., store credit, cash) are offered.
