We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. International shipping to other countries is not available at this time.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. and Canadian public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak periods , processing time may extend to 3 business days; customers will be notified of delays.
- Canadian Orders: Additional 1–2 business days are required to prepare customs documentation and ensure compliance with Canadian import regulations.
- Within the United States: Our primary carrier is USPS, which handles most domestic shipments.
- To Canada: We work with USPS International for consistent delivery. The exact carrier may vary slightly depending on your destination, package weight, and the delivery speed you select.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a unique tracking number. For U.S. orders, this tracking number will provide updates throughout the entire delivery process. For Canadian orders, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches Canada’s customs office—after that, you can check the status via the local postal service’s website or the carrier’s international tracking portal.
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status in real time.
- U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates continuously and covers every step of the delivery journey, from our warehouse to your door.
- Canadian Orders: It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up initially. Once the package leaves the U.S., updates may become less frequent. If you need the latest status, we recommend checking the website of Canada’s local postal service (e.g., Canada Post) using your tracking number.
If your package is delayed or marked “Delivered” but not received:
- Verify with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., mailrooms, package rooms) for alternative delivery locations.
- Check for a delivery attempt notice (carriers may reattempt delivery the following day—especially for large jacket packages).
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to inquire about details.
- If the package remains unaccounted for, contact our team within 7 days of the “Delivered” date.
- Allow an additional 5–7 business days for customs-related delays.
- Check Canada Post’s website for updated tracking information—they may have details on duties/taxes owed (packages held for fees will not be delivered until paid).
- Contact Canada Post or local customs authorities if the package is marked “In Customs” for more than 3 business days.
- If the package remains missing, contact our team within 14 days of the “Delivered” date.
To report a lost or delayed package, email [email protected] with your order number, tracking number, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter (e.g., initiating a package trace or arranging a replacement).
